Hello and welcome! I’m Mandy, the photographer behind Salt Light Photography. Photography isn’t just about pictures — it’s about preserving moments in life.

Mini Photography Sessions
Throughout the year I offer a number of seasonal mini studio photography sessions located in village halls around Cornwall. These are shorter, relaxed sessions designed to capture beautiful moments while providing a selection of professionally edited images in a simple and affordable way.

Mini studio sessions are perfect if you would like updated photographs without booking a full session. They’re especially popular with families and children and are often themed throughout the year.

Because mini sessions take place on specific dates and have limited time slots, they tend to book up quickly. If you’d like to hear about upcoming sessions, keep an eye on my FaceBook page or get in touch to join the mailing list.

 
What to Expect From Your Session
Booking a photography session should feel exciting. My aim is to make the experience relaxed, enjoyable, and completely natural so that your child’s personality shines through in the photographs and not take up too much of your day! 

Before Your Session
Once your session is booked, we’ll chat about clothing choices, and the style of photographs you would like or on offer if a mini session. 

During MINI STUDIO Session
You’ll first be greeted by my assistant, who will welcome you and guide you before your fun and relaxed session begins.

Then you will join me in the studio, we’ll move onto the set and let the fun commence! There’s no need to worry about posing — I’ll gently guide where needed while allowing plenty of natural moments to unfold. Laughter, movement, and genuine interaction often create the most beautiful photographs.

After Your Session
After your session, you’ll head back to my assistant who will explain how and where you can view your images.

I carefully select and professionally edit the best photographs before uploading them to a secure online gallery. You’ll receive unique login details so you can view your images at home and purchase any you would like.
